Instructions:
The Federal government links the first three digits of your Social Security number to the state where you first registered for Social Security. This can sometimes be helpful in tracking someone who has attempted to skip out on you. Often, when a person tries to sneak out of town, he returns to his old stomping grounds (the place where he first began). Enter the first three digits of his U.S. Social Security Number and find the state where he first enrolled. Then check with DMV in that state and see if he has applied for a new drivers license or has registered a vehicle. If so, you may be able to get a lead on his new address.
